Job description

The fire knight group have developed the first of a kind automated fire suppression systems for both residential and forestry applications. Both systems are unique and a world first. We have undergone extensive research which indicates the systems are unique.

This said, we at the Fire Knight, have affiliated with global manufacturers to produce the system in each country they will be sold in.

The marketing campaign will commence within 3 weeks and we are looking for staff to aid with sales. The staff must be able and willing to confidently approach government departments, insurance groups, and to control the area's given to them.

We expect honesty, reliability, and the willingness to take advantage of what the products offer.

The fire knight will give support from our nbound and outbound call centre.



We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales by creating sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management before implementing them.

Responsibilities
Hit sales targets, design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements and skills

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate.
Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Qualifications

5 years years sales experience 

Ability to communicate effectively 

Ability to manage staff and when required 

Source government and community leads

Must live within the specific region being the UK, Athens, and Madrid
