Job qualifications

What you will need to Do: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the German-speaking customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Processing orders,forms, applications & requests
  • Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction


What we’re searching for:

  • Near-Native German Speaker
  • B2-level English skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Problem solving mindset
